Jennifer Beals Joins Prime Video's San Francisco Thriller 'Bishop'

Jennifer Beals has been cast in a recurring role on Prime Video's new thriller drama series, 'Bishop'. She will portray Maggie Loftin, a psychologist employed by the San Francisco Police Department.

The series centers on homicide detective Bishop Graves, played by Joel Kinnaman. Brilliant yet battle-scarred, Graves confronts an elusive killer targeting San Francisco's wealthy elite. This killer, however, cultivates a devoted following among the city's less fortunate citizens.

Graves becomes convinced that these increasingly audacious murders are linked to his own father, Lincoln Graves, a prominent figure in San Francisco. The show also features an ensemble cast including Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jordana Brewster, Harry Treadaway, and Xavier Samuel.

Little Marvin is the showrunner for 'Bishop,' which he executive produces alongside Tony Saltzman, Roy Lee, and Miri Yoon. The series is a product of Little Marvin's overall deal with Amazon MGM Studios.
