JENNIE, a prominent member of BLACKPINK, has officially debuted her first collection as a codesigner with Adidas Originals, titled "Functional Grace." Launched on September 1st, this fall/winter 2026 lineup merges the elegance of ballet with sporty Adidas silhouettes and cold-weather essentials.
The collection's centerpiece is the Superstar SQ Ballet sneaker, a creative reimagining of a classic Adidas shoe, drawing inspiration from ballet pointe shoes with its squared toe and ribbon detailing. This unique design is complemented by a variety of apparel.
Alongside the footwear, "Functional Grace" features reworked tracksuits, wrap skirts, knit cardigans, layering T-shirts, sheer bodysuits, leggings, a polar fleece half-zip hoodie, and leg warmers. JENNIE expressed her desire to reinterpret the Adidas Originals identity through her personal perspective.
This fashion venture coincides with JENNIE's new musical chapter, including the recent release of her EP "Fallen Angel" and the success of her Tame Impala collaboration "Dracula."
