The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly planning an extended stay in Britain, with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, also expected to attend school there. This comes after a family reunion in July, where the children met King Charles for the first time in four years, a significant period in a child's development.

Their planned return to the UK is not anticipated to involve a resumption of royal duties, as the couple remain non-working members of the royal family. This follows their 2020 decision to step back from senior royal roles and their subsequent relocation to California.
