Jen Shah, formerly a prominent figure on 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,' is on track for an early release from federal prison. She was incarcerated for a six-and-a-half-year sentence stemming from her involvement in a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme.

The former reality star pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in 2022 and was ordered to forfeit millions and pay restitution to victims. Prosecutors stated the scheme preyed upon elderly and vulnerable individuals.

Shah's sentence has been reduced twice previously, with her latest early release attributed to good behavior. While her original release date was set for August 30, 2026, she is now expected to be freed significantly sooner.
