Jeff Lewis returns to Bravo in "Still Flipping Out," premiering Monday, September 28. The series premiere features Lewis, 56, taking viewers through a significant home renovation on his June Street property. This project, initially budgeted at $400,000, dramatically escalated to $3 million due to continuous enhancements and redevelopments.
The extensive renovation included luxury upgrades such as $100,000 windows, an $80,000 HVAC and electrical system, a $225,000 pool, and a $50,000 walk-in closet. Lewis's chief-of-staff, Shane Douglas, humorously described how Lewis justified the spiraling costs. Beyond the June Street house, Lewis is also navigating the demands of his SiriusXM show and his design business.
Fans first met Lewis on Bravo's "Flipping Out," which concluded in 2018 after 11 seasons. Lewis noted in a September 20 interview that the current housing market presents challenges for flipping, with high prices and slow sales. He advised that success requires significant experience and awareness of potential market depreciation.
New episodes of "Still Flipping Out" will be available to stream on Peacock the day after their Bravo premiere.
