Jason Derulo Faces Backlash Over Living Room Sharks

Singer Jason Derulo is currently addressing significant public criticism surrounding his decision to keep sharks in a living room tank. He was recently captured on camera discussing the situation, asserting that the aquatic animals are now housed in a more spacious environment than their prior aquarium.

Despite his claims, Derulo has publicly stated he is listening to the negative feedback and is exploring potential resolutions. This controversy emerged after he showcased the circular tank in the floor of his Tarzana, California home to a streamer. The International Fund for Animal Welfare has spoken out, with a representative calling his actions a "bad example" and suggesting the sharks were kept for "clout."

As of Thursday, it remains uncertain whether Derulo will keep the sharks or relocate them to a more suitable habitat, a decision he is currently contemplating.
