The divorce between 90 Day Fiancé stars Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo has been finalized, with a court ordering Pineda to pay Palazzolo $20,000 in spousal support. This payment will be disbursed at a rate of $500 per month over a period of 40 months, starting on July 1, 2026.
In the division of assets, the court ruled that Palazzolo will retain ownership of their Canton, Michigan property, while Pineda will keep their Dunedin, Florida home. Both individuals are also set to keep their personal clothing, jewelry, and furniture within their respective residences. Palazzolo will also retain possession of a 2015 Ford Explorer.
Representatives for both Pineda and Palazzolo have released statements following the judgment. Palazzolo's legal team emphasized that their client offered an amicable split of property from the outset. Pineda's representatives stated she has shown restraint amid public accusations and that the legal process has concluded, while also issuing a cease-and-desist demand for allegedly defamatory statements.
Palazzolo and Pineda, who met online in 2019 and married in June 2023, documented their relationship on various 90 Day Fiancé series. They officially separated on April 22, 2024, according to Palazzolo's divorce filing, with Pineda also filing for divorce in Florida in August 2025. Their relationship had previously involved an agreement for a nonmonogamous dynamic, which Palazzolo later expressed regret over. Pineda has a daughter from another relationship and two sons with Palazzolo.
