She stated, "I don't think I should attempt Malayalam again, because it's too difficult. For me it's such a beautiful, sweet language." Conversely, Kapoor feels more comfortable with Tamil and Telugu, stating, "But I think I am phonetically more familiar with Tamil and Telugu. I am really enjoying working in Telugu films and I would love to explore Tamil films." She is currently concentrating on her Telugu projects, receiving a warm response from audiences. Her upcoming film, 'Peddi,' a Telugu sports action drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is set in Andhra Pradesh and focuses on a villager uniting people through sports. Janhvi Kapoor plays the lead role of Achiyamma in 'Peddi,' which is scheduled for release on June 4 and also features prominent actors like Shiva Rajkumar and Boman Irani.
