The festival's primary goals are to promote literature, culture, and art, alongside preserving tribal heritage. Notable attendees include Padma Shri Pushpesh Pant, Padma Shri Jaanum Singh Soy, and Padma Shri Haldhar Nag, alongside scholars like Parvati Tirkey and Jerry Pinto.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren praised the district administration's initiative, highlighting the region's literary traditions and the state government's efforts to establish libraries.
