Jailer 2 Kerala Advance Sales Hit Rs 1.61 Cr in an Hour!

Jailer 2 is experiencing an unprecedented advance ticket sales surge in Kerala, recording Rs 1.61 crore within an hour of bookings opening. This phenomenal early response precedes the film's worldwide theatrical release scheduled for October 15. The Rajinikanth starrer is set for a broad release across Kerala, with makers confirming approximately 800 screens will showcase the movie.

The film has garnered significant attention in major cities like Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kozhikode, with ticket sales reflecting high demand. While advance bookings are strong, the final box office performance will be clearer post-release.

Adding to the film's allure is Malayalam superstar Mohanlal's confirmed presence, building on the popularity of his cameo in the first installment. Actor Kottayam Nazeer shared a memorable encounter with Rajinikanth on set, where he presented the star with a book of his paintings, a gesture met with enthusiasm by Rajinikanth.

The sequel boasts an ensemble cast including Suraj Venjaramoodu, Sunil Sugada, and Shamna Kasim, among others, promising a star-studded cinematic experience for Malayali audiences.
