Kannada television is set to welcome a new drama series titled 'Jagadhathri,' premiering on September 28 at 9 PM. This show intricately weaves together themes of family dynamics, crime-fighting, patriotism, duty, and romance.

Mokshitha Pai takes on the titular role of Jagadhathri, a police officer working undercover. Her character is tasked with combating criminals while simultaneously managing the complexities of her personal life and family obligations.

The central narrative focuses on Jagadhathri's unwavering mission to exonerate her mother, a patriot falsely accused of treason. Despite facing significant opposition from within her family, Jagadhathri is determined to uncover the truth and achieve justice.

Co-starring as an IPS officer is Vijay Lalitha Surya, and their on-screen pairing has already sparked considerable interest. A recently released duet featuring the duo has gained traction on social media, particularly for its catchy 'Jagadhathri Hook Step.' Kavitha Gowda also plays a key role.

Director Mahesh Sarang and producers Mahesh Rao and Prakash, under the Keerthi Akshaya Network banner, have created a series promising high-energy action sequences and a compelling romantic storyline. Business Head Deepak Sriramulu highlighted that 'Jagadhathri' aims to explore the multifaceted challenges women encounter within their families while showcasing their professional journeys.

The ensemble cast includes veteran actors such as Girija Lokesh, Aruna Balaraj, and Lakshmi Siddhaiah, among others, adding depth to the narrative.
