11 Mar
Summary
- Radio star Jackie O visited her $13.25 million Clovelly cliffside mansion construction.
- Renovations on the luxury home are costing a significant $5 million.
- The build continues despite recent termination of her $100 million KIIS FM contract.

Radio host Jackie Henderson was recently observed at the construction site of her $13.25 million Clovelly cliffside home. The 51-year-old surveyed the progress of the luxury rebuild, which involves $5 million in renovations. This comes amidst questions about her career following the termination of her substantial $100 million contract with KIIS FM.
The oceanfront property, purchased in 2023, is undergoing a significant transformation. The multi-level concrete shell is taking shape, featuring a curved pool structure. The home, situated in a sought-after coastal location approximately 9 km from the CBD, is anticipated to reach a value of $30 million once completed.
Henderson's visit to the site occurred shortly after the collapse of 'The Kyle and Jackie O Show' due to a public feud between hosts Henderson and Kyle Sandilands. Henderson had been absent from the program since February 20, following an on-air argument that led to her tears and subsequent contract termination. Despite this, reports suggest Henderson and Sandilands are now in regular contact, exploring a potential return to their show.
Sandilands, who was suspended, has stated ARN terminated Henderson's contract on the same day it accused him of misconduct. He claims ARN has 'muzzled' him and prevented communication with Henderson, asserting his commitment to his contract until 2034 and a desire to return to the airwaves. Both hosts reportedly feel 'f**ked over' by their employer, ARN.
