Jackie O Rejects Solo Radio Show Offer

Jackie O Henderson has publicly stated her lack of interest in starting her own radio show, turning down an offer from the Australian Radio Network (ARN).

Henderson, aged 51, has indicated she has no plans to pursue a solo broadcasting career without her co-host, Kyle Sandilands. This decision follows the recent termination of her substantial $100 million contract by ARN executives earlier this month.

The media personality was approached by a paparazzo while leaving a salon in Bondi, where she firmly responded to inquiries about hosting her own show with a simple, 'Oh, no.'

Reports suggest ARN terminated Kyle Sandilands' KIIS FM contract following an on-air disagreement between the two hosts, which reportedly left Henderson in tears. Sandilands has confirmed that his contract termination is now being handled by his lawyers, stating he does not accept ARN's decision.

Sandilands elaborated on the situation, describing an on-air dispute with Henderson as a typical occurrence in their 25-year partnership. He claimed ARN escalated the situation, leading to Jackie's dismissal and his suspension. He further stated ARN refused his requests to return to air or work with other colleagues, suggesting the network used the incident as an opportunity to exit his contract.

Sandilands believes ARN is breaching his contract, which he states extends until 2034. He emphasized his consistent delivery of top ratings and significant revenue for the network over more than a decade. He indicated that legal action is forthcoming as ARN has not honored the terms of his agreement.
