Jackson Family Ties: Jaafar's Unique Sibling-Cousin Bonds

Jaafar Jackson, who is preparing to embody his legendary uncle Michael Jackson in the forthcoming biopic 'Michael,' hails from an extensive and uniquely intertwined family tree. He navigates life with 11 siblings, among whom two also hold the status of cousins. This familial structure stems from his mother, Alejandra Oaziaza, who had children with both Randy Jackson and later married Jermaine Jackson, Michael's younger brothers.

Oaziaza's relationship with Randy Jackson produced two children, Genevieve and Steven Randall Jr., both of whom have pursued careers in the music and entertainment industries. Following her separation from Randy, Oaziaza married Jermaine Jackson. Together, they welcomed Jaafar in July 1996 and Jermajesty in October 2000. The family also raised Donte Jackson, adopted by Jermaine's parents.

Growing up, Jaafar and many of his relatives resided at the Jackson family's renowned compound in Encino, California, known as Hayvenhurst.
