Jennifer Lopez's $50 million Beverly Hills mansion remains on the market after a prospective buyer withdrew from a significant deal. The buyer had placed a substantial deposit but backed out on Tuesday, returning the property to a "square one" status for its sale. This setback means J.Lo is still looking for a new owner for the lavish estate.
Lopez and Ben Affleck initially purchased the mansion in May 2023 for almost $61 million. Following their separation, they finalized their divorce agreement in February 2025. As part of this agreement, Affleck gifted his entire share of the property to Lopez, giving her the opportunity to profit from its sale.
The mansion has been listed several times since July 2024, with an initial asking price of $68 million that has since been reduced. The property boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The current listing agents are Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.
