Formed in Zapata, Texas, in the early 1990s, Intocable is credited with revolutionizing Latin music through a groundbreaking fusion of Tejano, Norteño, pop, rock, and cumbia. This unique sound has inspired generations and cemented their influence in the industry.
The group has consistently ranked as a top hitmaker in regional Mexican music, boasting 15 No. 1s on Billboard's Top Regional Mexican Albums chart and 21 No. 1s on Regional Mexican Airplay. They have sold approximately 55 million albums and garnered numerous prestigious awards, including Grammys and Latin Grammys.
Their contributions extend beyond music, having received official proclamations from the Texas Governor's Office and the House of Representatives. They were also named "Emissary of the Muses" by the city of San Antonio.
This accolade coincides with Intocable's ongoing Cultura Tour 2026, which spans 24 cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The group also recently partnered with Primary Wave Music for a comprehensive deal covering their catalog and image rights. Intocable's star will be located at 7083 Hollywood Boulevard.
