A star-studded ensemble has assembled for the upcoming comedy drama "Babies." Issa Rae, known for her acclaimed HBO series "Insecure," has joined the cast, along with Dan Stevens ("Downton Abbey"), Zach Cherry ("Severance"), and Kate Berlant ("Would It Kill You to Laugh?").
The film, which is currently in production in Los Angeles with the support of the California Film Commission's tax credit program, centers on a couple, Annie and Aaron, played by Anna Kendrick and Seth Rogen, who are grappling with the decision of whether or not to have a child. Their situation becomes even more complicated when their newly-divorced friend moves into their home with her 4-year-old.
