Indian filmmaker Sudhanshu Saria is supporting two debut feature films through his banner, Four Line Films. These projects include the Mumbai social drama titled 'Pech' and a Silicon Valley creature-feature named 'Silverfish.' Both films are currently in the pre-production phase.
'Pech,' directed by Kumar Chheda, is a young adult narrative set in Mumbai, exploring themes of class and marginalization. The film previously won the jury prize at the Bangkok International Film Festival's Pitch Market, attracting international interest.
'Silverfish,' co-written by Saria, is a horror film centered around a creature unleashed in Silicon Valley's tech industry. This project will mark Krishna's feature directorial and writing debut.
Saria expressed his commitment to nurturing emerging talent, stating these films are the first from a concerted effort to support filmmakers at the start of their careers.
