Agastya Nanda's debut film, Ikkis, has maintained a steady pace at the box office, accumulating ₹23 crore nett within its first six days of release. The film, which chronicles the life of war hero Arun Khetarpal, debuted on New Year's Day, reportedly earning ₹7 crore.
Following its opening, Ikkis experienced a dip, collecting ₹3.5 crore on Friday and ₹4.65 crore on Saturday. However, Sunday saw a slight recovery. The film's current performance has been aided by a lack of significant new releases in the northern markets, offering a crucial window for audience engagement.
In contrast, Dhurandhar continues to draw significant crowds, with its fifth-week Monday earnings of ₹4.75 crore surpassing Ikkis' opening day. Dhurandhar has achieved a remarkable ₹777 crore nett in India and shows no signs of slowing down.
