The Malayalam heist thriller faced immense struggles, with show counts dropping sharply in its third weekend due to low demand and new releases. The film earned a mere 7 lakh over its third weekend, contributing to a total net collection that is now below 10 crore. This performance means I, Nobody has recovered only 21% of its considerable 40 crore budget.
The film's financial performance has placed it below Kattalan, another Malayalam movie released in May this year. Kattalan, made on a budget of 30-35 crore, had a theatrical run of 8.52 crore. Both films have unfortunately been labeled as box office flops. I, Nobody was directed by Nissam Basheer and written by Sameer Abdul, the same duo behind the hit film Rorschach.
