In a move to enhance the city's aesthetics, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has announced plans to install thematic sculptures under the Aramghar-Mir Alam Tank flyover in Hyderabad. The sculptures will feature a variety of animals, including lions, tigers, giraffes, deer, flamingos, and butterflies, transforming the space into an engaging urban art zone.
The sculptures will be three-dimensional art installations designed with both aesthetic appeal and public comfort in mind. A range of sustainable and durable materials, such as clay, wax, stone, metal, fabric, glass, wood, GRC plaster, and rubber, will be used for the project. Additionally, the sculptures will incorporate NIPPON ESS EMM chemical coatings to enhance their strength and longevity.
The GHMC's initiative is part of the city's ongoing beautification drive, aimed at creating more visually appealing and engaging public spaces for residents and visitors alike. The installation of these thematic sculptures under the flyover is expected to transform the area into an attractive destination, further enhancing Hyderabad's reputation as a vibrant and culturally rich city.
