28 Apr
Summary
- Huda Mustafa allegedly evading service of a restraining order petition.
- Process server reportedly threatened with police at Huda's condo.
- Huda's rep denies evasion, citing work commitments for missed service.

Allegations have surfaced that "Love Island USA" star Huda Mustafa is actively evading attempts to serve her with a restraining order petition. The legal documents were filed by Nicole Olivera, who shares a child with Mustafa's boyfriend, Louis Russell.
Court documents obtained state that Olivera's legal team hired a process server to deliver the documents to Mustafa's luxury condo in North Carolina. However, the process server was reportedly told to leave by security and was threatened with police intervention if they did not depart.
Olivera's legal team believes Mustafa is intentionally avoiding service to circumvent a court battle. In response, a representative for Mustafa has strongly denied these claims, asserting that Huda is not evading service. The rep explained that service attempts were made while Mustafa was away working on her music, not when she was present at her residence.
The representative further stated that Mustafa will handle any legal issues maturely and through her legal team. Previously, Olivera filed a petition for a restraining order, alleging that Mustafa broke into her Los Angeles apartment building and made threats. Police responded to an incident on February 21, and a temporary restraining order was issued, requiring Mustafa to remain 100 yards away from Olivera.
