Horror Fest Hits Houston with Star-Studded Guest List

Horror enthusiasts in west Houston are gearing up for the return of the Houston Horror Film Fest, scheduled for August 7-9 at the Houston Marriott Westchase. This highly anticipated event, launched in 2019, will host a variety of celebrities, including cast members from iconic franchises such as "Blade," "Friday the 13th," and "Scary Movie," alongside personalities like Jack Osbourne and Henry Winkler.

The three-day convention promises a packed schedule featuring celebrity appearances, film screenings, vendor booths, and fan panels. Attendees can look forward to photo opportunities and autograph sessions with their favorite horror stars. Special guests slated to appear include Rose McGowan, Jaime Pressly, Rachel True, Simon Rex, and Stephen Dorff, among others.

Film screenings will complement the celebrity attractions, with numerous afterparties planned. The festival offers admission to the convention, though separate fees apply for autographs and photos. Early bird tickets begin at $39.19, but will increase to $50 on the day of the event.
