Summary
- Prime Video will not renew the English-language Italian series for a second season.
- The show, starring Jesse Williams, filmed on Italy's Amalfi Coast.
- Season 1 premiered on September 24 and received good reviews, hitting No. 1 on Prime Video in the U.S.

Prime Video has opted not to renew the action mystery series Hotel Costiera for a second installment. The streamer carried the first season in numerous territories, including the U.S., the UK, and Italy. Despite achieving the number one position on Prime Video in the U.S. and receiving favorable reviews, the series will not continue.
The show, filmed on Italy's picturesque Amalfi Coast, featured Jesse Williams as Daniel De Luca, a fixer at a luxurious hotel entangled in solving guest problems and a missing person case. The first season concluded by resolving its main mystery and teasing future storylines.
While the initial six-episode run was a success on the platform, ranking highly in several countries, it was not enough to secure a renewal amidst internal changes at Amazon MGM Studios. Fremantle, which co-produced and sells the show internationally, is now seeking a new partner to finance a potential second season.
