Her producing credits include "Shanghai Blues," "A Better Tomorrow," and the "Once Upon a Time in China" series. Later, she produced "Infernal Affairs," which was remade as "The Departed" by Martin Scorsese, and worked on films like the "Overheard" series and "A Simple Life."
Shi's contributions were recognized globally with honors such as France's Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters and the Berlinale Camera Award. She also served on film festival juries in Berlin and Cannes.
