Home Alone star Daniel Stern has had a prostitution charge against him dismissed. The 68-year-old actor was issued a citation in December and accused of soliciting a prostitute in Camarillo, California. The misdemeanor charge was dropped after Stern completed an education class, a standard procedure for first-time offenses, according to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office.
Prior to the charge's dismissal, ABC confirmed that Stern's role in the upcoming comedy 'Do You Want Kids?' would be recast. Stern, famous for portraying Marv Murchins in the Home Alone films, had recently revealed he left Hollywood and now lives on a farm growing tangerines.
