The regional streaming platform MBC Shahid is providing an extensive launch for this independent Arab-language production.
This powerful drama first gained international recognition at the Venice Film Festival in September, where it received a standing ovation and secured the Grand Jury Prize. The film is notably Tunisia's submission for the Best International Feature Film category at the 98th Academy Awards.
Prior to its streaming release, 'The Voice of Hind Rajab' captivated audiences at major festivals across the MENA region. It also enjoyed a limited theatrical run in several Middle Eastern countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan, as well as Palestine.
The film's release is supported by prominent executive producers, including Brad Pitt and Joaquin Phoenix. Concurrently, its U.S. distributor announced an expansion to over 70 cinemas nationwide, with director Kaouther Ben Hania engaging in Q&A sessions.
