Further diversifying his contributions, Trawick partnered with Maurice White of Earth, Wind & Fire to establish Kalimba Entertainment. During this period, he also produced the Broadway musical "Hot Feet," a production that featured the music of Earth, Wind & Fire.
In 2011, Trawick co-founded Pensado's Place with Dave Pensado, creating a global platform for producers and engineers that reached audiences in over 200 countries. He was recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to mentorship, serving on the boards of various music education organizations.
