According to the lawsuit, the Pratts' Dutch Shepherd, named Ego, allegedly bit Gill's right thigh. This incident reportedly caused puncture wounds that have led to permanent scarring and emotional trauma. Gill has reportedly undergone treatments for his scars and sought counseling.
The former assistant is seeking damages to cover medical expenses, including scar removal treatments, as well as compensation for lost income and emotional distress. The legal action emphasizes California law, which holds property owners accountable for dog bites sustained by individuals lawfully present on their premises.
This legal challenge surfaces approximately one month after Spencer Pratt concluded his bid for Los Angeles mayor. Representatives for Spencer and Heidi Montag have not yet responded to requests for comment regarding the lawsuit.
