Klum's costume was a testament to their connection, featuring replicas of her engagement and wedding rings, which Kaulitz himself designed. She emphasized his constant presence by pointing to the rings on her finger. The musician had been heavily involved in designing her engagement ring, which features a green alexandrite stone. The creation of Klum's unique hand costume was a significant undertaking, with makeup designer Mike Marino revealing it took four months to complete after a year of conceptualization.
