These upcoming European hospital dramas were in development even before 'The Pitt' was conceived, highlighting a forward-thinking approach by HBO Max. In addition to the medical dramas, HBO Max announced a first-look deal with former Movistar content chief Domingo Corral. They also revealed upcoming projects including a German crime series based on the Struwwelpeter books and a Polish drama titled 'Proud.' Filming for the Struwwelpeter series is currently underway in Germany, featuring actors Lisa Vicari and Peter Kurth.
