This summer, HBO Max is set to release five new Asian original productions, featuring content from Taiwan, the Philippines, and Indonesia. These releases are scheduled to debut on the streaming platform between late July and late August.
Taiwan contributes two HBO Originals: "Fired Up!", a coming-of-age drama premiering July 31, and "The Producer," which follows an aspiring music producer and launches on August 28. The Philippines will see the premiere of "Call My Manager" on August 13, a local adaptation of the French comedy about talent managers. Additionally, the unscripted series "Come Dine With Me: Celebrity Philippines" debuts July 23.
Indonesia's contribution is the feature film "The Invisible Guest," starring Mawar Eva De Jongh and Reza Rahadian, arriving on August 7. These new titles will be available on HBO Max across selected Asia-Pacific markets, including Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, with more international markets to be announced later.
