The series chronicles Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she attempts the seemingly impossible task of rehabilitating demons to alleviate overcrowding in her kingdom. Her endeavor involves opening a hotel where patrons can 'check out' into Heaven.
Supported by her partner Vaggie and Angel Dust, Charlie faces skepticism from Hell but finds an unexpected ally in the 'Radio Demon.' The show is rooted in Medrano's 2019 YouTube pilot, which achieved over 120 million views.
