In a recent interview, actor Harry Styles has nominated Florence Pugh as the perfect choice to portray legendary musician Blondie in a biopic. Styles stated that if Pugh were to take on the role, he would be "in heaven," as he considers her a "great actor" who could "do anything."

Interestingly, Pugh herself has also expressed interest in playing the iconic Blondie. In 2020, the actress revealed at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival that she would love to portray the "so cool" musician. Pugh's versatility as an actress, known for her roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and films like "Midsommar" and "Don't Worry Darling," may make her an ideal candidate for the part.

Furthermore, Pugh has demonstrated her musical abilities, having released cover songs under the name Flossie Rose as a teenager on YouTube. She has also collaborated with her musician brother Toby Sebastian, appearing on his 2021 song "Midnight." Additionally, Pugh has written and performed the songs "The Best Part" and "I Hate Myself" for her upcoming 2023 movie "A Good Person."
