Potter Star's Saucy Side Hustle Beats Acting Pay

Jessie Cave, who gained fame as Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter films, has revealed that her adult content side venture has earned more than her entire acting career combined. The 39-year-old actress turned to the platform in March 2025 during a period of financial strain and scarce acting opportunities.

Cave's content is unique, focusing on her notably long hair, which cascades to her pelvis. She creates clips featuring her hair while dressed as various characters, including her former role as Lavender Brown. This niche approach, centered on hair fetishes, has cultivated a specialized following.

She earns approximately $6 monthly from subscribers, with additional income from paid messages. In one remarkable instance, Cave reported earning £15,000 in a single day. She has expressed that the platform has genuinely "saved our lives" over the past year and a half.

While Cave's earnings have been substantial, she is hesitant to post explicit material and may have a limited future on the site due to requests for "gross stuff." Despite this, she anticipates more entertainers may follow suit, citing Kate Nash and Lily Allen as examples of artists who have used similar platforms to support their careers.
