HanuMan Universe Expands: Director Teases New Era

The superhero mythological film 'HanuMan', a Telugu hit, has marked its second anniversary since its release on January 12, 2024. Director Prasanth Varma commemorated the milestone by expressing profound gratitude to his team and the audience, acknowledging their love and support as the primary "fuel" for his future endeavors. He highlighted how the film's success empowers him to create stories deeply connected to India's cultural heritage, aiming for a worldwide audience.

Varma extended his thanks to the producers, technicians, cast, and crew, attributing the existence of 'HanuMan' to their collective passion and belief. With the statement "TWO YEARS AGO, A HERO ROSE. Actor Teja Sajja also shared in the celebration of the film's two-year journey.

The box office success of 'HanuMan', earning over Rs 295 crore globally, has accelerated the development of new projects. The Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe is expanding with 'Mahakali,' directed by Puja Kolluru and starring Bhoomi Shetty, and will feature Akshaye Khanna. Furthermore, Prasanth Varma is set to direct the sequel, 'Jai Hanuman,' with 'Kantara' star Rishab Shetty in the lead role.
