Hairstylist Declares War on Rude Celeb Managers

Celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim has taken a firm stance against toxic behavior within the entertainment industry. He declared he will cease working with celebrities whose managers allegedly mistreat or disrespect creative professionals and crew members.

Hakim expressed his dismay on social media, pointing to instances where managers allegedly speak rudely or humiliate innocent staff, sometimes over issues not of their making. He emphasized that authority does not grant the right to disrespect others.

The hairstylist also noted that actors might be unaware of how such behavior by their representatives negatively impacts their image and reputation. He highlighted the immense sacrifices made by technicians and crew, who often work long hours and miss personal milestones to ensure actors look their best.

Hakim's statement received widespread support from prominent figures in the film industry, including actors Rajkummar Rao, Arjun Kapoor, and filmmakers Farah Khan and Zoya Akhtar, who lauded his initiative.
