Guy Fieri's 'Monster Lobster' Rolls onto Food Network

A Riviera Beach restaurant, Wok by the Beach, is set to appear on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" on June 12 at 9 p.m. The episode, titled "Cajun, Asian and 'Cue," features chef-owner Kritsada Limpanuwat, known as Kris. Limpanuwat's path to culinary success included initially dismissing the show's producers' email as a scam until his accountant confirmed its legitimacy. The restaurant, which opened on Valentine's Day 2022, offers a unique blend of Thai influences and sushi techniques.

The featured dishes on the show include a wok-fired combo fried rice and Limpanuwat's signature "Monster Lobster" roll, a creation involving tempura-fried lobster, spicy blue crab, and bluefin tuna. Limpanuwat, who grew up in Bangkok, Thailand, worked as an electrician before moving to the United States and eventually finding his way into the restaurant industry. He honed his skills in various kitchens, eventually becoming a respected sushi chef in Palm Beach County.
