Guns N' Roses commenced their 2026 global tour this past Saturday, delivering a powerful 26-song performance in Monterrey, Mexico. The opening night at the Tecate Pa'l Norte festival marked the live premieres of "Nothin'" and "Atlas," songs that have roots in earlier recording sessions and were officially released in December 2025 to coincide with the tour announcement.
The setlist included a blend of the band's greatest hits alongside fan-favorite covers, such as Velvet Revolver's "Slither" and Black Sabbath's "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath." However, the show was notably missing keyboardist Melissa Reese, who joined the band in 2016. The band confirmed prior to the concert that Reese would not be participating in the 2026 tour due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
Guns N' Roses is scheduled to continue their tour in South America before returning to the United States for festival appearances in May. The band will embark on a European leg before heading back to North America for dates running from July through September, concluding the tour in Atlanta.
