Singer Gracie Abrams has reportedly purchased her third unit within a prewar Art Deco co-op building in Greenwich Village. The recent transaction, confirmed a few weeks ago, amounts to $4.5 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse. This loft-like unit has been recently redesigned for contemporary luxury and features two private terraces with panoramic views of prominent New York City landmarks. Abrams' latest acquisition follows two earlier purchases in the same building. In 2024, she bought a three-bedroom penthouse for $5.5 million, and prior to that, a one-bedroom unit for nearly $2 million. If combined, these penthouses could offer a substantial living space with multiple bedrooms and terraces.
