Govinda's Son's Bollywood Debut: Mom Shares Unique Pregnancy Rituals

Yashvardhan Ahuja, son of veteran actor Govinda and Sunita Ahuja, is set to make his grand debut in Bollywood. His mother, Sunita, recently reminisced about her pregnancy, sharing that she often looked at pictures of Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra, believing her son inherited qualities from both legendary actors.

Sunita noted that while Amitabh Bachchan has always been her favorite hero. She expressed happiness that Yashvardhan's personality resembles Amitabh Bachchan's, while his looks are akin to Dharmendra's. She also touched upon traditional pregnancy beliefs, recalling how her mother would play 'Ramayana' during eclipses, a practice she feels modern children wouldn't follow.

Yashvardhan's acting debut is slated for filmmaker Sajid Khan's upcoming movie, tentatively titled '100'. The film, which also features Nitanshi Goel, commenced shooting on January 23 in Mumbai's Film City. This project marks Sajid Khan's return to directing. Despite his famous lineage, Yashvardhan underwent a rigorous audition process, reportedly facing over 90 auditions before landing his first role.

Prior to his acting venture, Yashvardhan gained valuable experience behind the camera, serving as an assistant director on films like 'Dishoom' and 'Baaghi'. He recently garnered attention for a viral video showcasing his dancing skills alongside Rasha Thadani, drawing comparisons to his father Govinda.
