Govinda's Family Celebrates Ganesh Visarjan With Devotion

Ganesh Visarjan for the 2026 festival took place today, Friday, September 25, on Anant Chaturdashi, marking the conclusion of Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Glimpses from the Ahuja family's festivities last year have resurfaced, showcasing their participation in the traditional rituals and immersion ceremony. Govinda and Ssunita Ahuja were seen singing devotional songs, while their son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, performed the final aarti before the idol was taken for immersion. The family joined in chanting "Ganpati Bappa Morya" during the procession. Ssunita Ahuja also shared photographs from the occasion on Instagram, including a picture with Govinda and another with her mother, Manisha Koirala, and Yashvardhan Ahuja. Earlier this year, Govinda was seen at Lalbaugcha Raja with Komal Rani Swarnkar, and separately with his children, Tina and Yashvardhan Ahuja, after his wife Sunita had also visited the pandal. Devotees across Mumbai are participating in the final immersion ceremonies today.
