Golden Bachelorette star Joan Vassos, 63, and her fiancé Chock Chapple, 62, shared details about their future together during an Instagram Q&A on Monday. The couple, who became engaged in November 2024, announced their wedding will not take place until 2027. This decision stems from a desire to prioritize the weddings of their respective children, with Vassos having two adult children getting married this year and next, and Chapple also having a son who might marry soon.

Vassos and Chapple also addressed their living arrangements, explaining they do not plan to move in together immediately. Instead, they envision maintaining their separate homes and creating a "love shack" in a neutral location. This approach allows them to continue traveling and enjoying their current lifestyle without the immediate pressures of merging families, which they noted has been "super easy" as their grown children already get along well.
