A West Palm Beach judge acquitted Goldberg of attempted murder charges on Thursday, March 12. The verdict came after a bench trial where the judge deliberated overnight, ultimately ruling there was too much inconsistency in witness testimony to find Goldberg guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Goldberg had been accused in 2022 by Schwitzky of attempted murder following an alleged argument at Boca Bash. Schwitzky claimed Goldberg held her underwater, but Goldberg denied the allegations, stating he was trying to save her from a boat. Goldberg's legal team expressed gratitude for the judge's fairness.
Following the acquittal, Goldberg stated that the truth had finally emerged and that a weight had been lifted. He indicated no resentment towards Schwitzky and expressed surprise at her accusations. Goldberg also shared his intention to return to law school in South Florida.
Schwitzky, known for her appearance on '90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?', dated Goldberg for a year before the 2022 incident. She has since married Jonathan LeBron and welcomed a son in January 2025.
