Glaudé is set to release his first project under the Maxscene banner, a psychological thriller titled "Conditioned." He is both the writer and director of the film, which is anticipated to premiere in early 2027.
Previously, Glaudé has been deeply involved with Tyler Perry Studios, helming three existing series: "Sistas," "Zatima," and "Ruthless." In 2024, he was appointed Executive Creator of Scripted and Unscripted content, solidifying his expanded role with the studio.
Antoinetta Stallings, Head of Development & Acquisitions at Tyler Perry Studios, praised Glaudé's vision, highlighting his command of grounded storytelling with an underlying darkness. She expressed excitement for "Conditioned," noting its exploration of sensitive human issues through tension and psychological unease.
Glaudé's prior work includes the award-winning short film "Old Gray Mare" and his feature directorial debut, "The Reading," which premiered on BET+ in February 2023.
