Gersh has completed the integration of You First Originals, the Emmy-winning Spanish production company it acquired in 2024. The outfit is now operating under the new identity, Victoria House, as of October 15, 2026. This rebranding provides Victoria House enhanced access to Gersh's global talent network and facilitates new avenues for financing and co-production partnerships, while maintaining its creative independence.
Victoria House will focus on developing original stories and collaborating with diverse talent. Led by Javier Martínez and Gersh International's Luis Miguel Calvo, the company is set to expand its slate. Key projects include the scripted feature "Alexia," inspired by soccer star Alexia Putellas, slated for a 2027 theatrical release. They are also developing two further scripted features, one described as a "Spanish 'Billy Elliot.'"
The company is strengthening its true-crime division with the Netflix documentary series "Criminopatía," adapting a successful podcast. This expansion builds on previous productions for major streamers, including two International Emmy nominations and a win for Best Sports Documentary. Victoria House will operate within Gersh International's content division, encompassing podcasts and branded entertainment.
