Gemma Collins' IVF journey strains relationship

Gemma Collins has disclosed that her IVF journey placed significant strain on her relationship with fiancé Rami Hawash. The reality star admitted that the intense emotional and physical struggles associated with fertility treatments left her feeling "broken." She shared that during this period, her relationship "was obviously taking a bit of a hit" as she navigated the profound trauma.

Collins' candid experiences are set to be featured in her new Sky series, "Four Weddings And A Baby." She explained that the series will reveal the extent of her struggles and the emotional impact it had.

Already a stepmother to Rami's seven-year-old son, Tristan, Gemma has explored various avenues for expanding her family, including surrogacy and fostering. Her fertility challenges stem from a low AMH hormone count and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She has sadly experienced three miscarriages, with the first occurring in 2012 and subsequent losses in 2020.

Separately, Gemma recently confirmed her decision to remain in the UK, abandoning plans to relocate to Dubai due to ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.
