The project is a collaboration between Caviar and Jon Watts' Freshman Year. Watts, celebrated for his work on the 'Spider-Man' trilogy, expressed enthusiasm for supporting Schofield's directorial debut. Schofield described the film as a personal passion project, aiming to capture the essence of the internet with humor, terror, sex, and violence.
