Rolling Stone is set to present its Future of Music showcase at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2026, spanning three nights from March 12 to March 14 at ACL Live in Austin, Texas. The event will highlight a diverse array of talent across pop, hip-hop, country, and música mexicana genres. The showcase promises an intimate setting to witness influential artists and discover emerging talent.
Night one, on March 12, will be headlined by U.K. pop artist Lola Young, with opening acts including Texan artist Susanna Joffe and others. March 13 features the hugely successful música mexicana group Fuerza Regida, alongside acts from JOP's Street Mob Records like Linea Personal and Chino Pacas. The final night, March 14, will focus on Texas talent, headlined by Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug and featuring artists from his label, 600 Entertainment, as well as collaborator INK.
