In October 2025, it was announced that acclaimed actor Steven Pasquale has joined the cast of Netflix's comedy-drama 'The Four Seasons' for its upcoming second season. Pasquale will portray a new recurring character named Mark Brett, who is set to meet the show's core group of friends during their summer vacation at the Jersey shore.
'The Four Seasons', developed by Tina Fey, Lang Fisher and Tracey Wigfield, is based on the 1981 film of the same name directed by and starring Alan Alda. The series follows a group of three long-time couples as they convene once a season over the course of a year for a vacation or weekend trip. Season 2 will continue this structure, exploring a new story while bringing back the main cast, including Fey, Will Forte, Colman Domingo, Marco Calvani, Erika Henningsen and Kerri Kenney-Silver.
Pasquale's character, Mark Brett, is expected to have an arc that extends beyond the summer vacation episodes. The actor is known for his roles in FX's 'Rescue Me', 'American Crime Story: The People v. OJ Simpson', and CBS' 'The Good Wife'.
